Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. Koekkoek H. W. (illustrator). No date but inscription dated 1918. Red pictorial covers with honey coloured titles to front. Black titles to spine which shows some shelf wear. Inscription on ffep reads" John W Gledhill July 26th 1918 With Best Wishes E. Shackleton" in black ink plus a stuck on oval picture of man in native dress looking across mountains. All colour plates clean and in place but of course it is the inscription that makes this book so special. Inscribed By E. Shackleton.
