Exterior shows quite a bit of spotting to the cloth which is caused by the finish degrading. Spine is heavily affected as well. Internal binding is good except for some very small openings at the top of the board hinges, these measure an inch or less. Front pastedown has a small sticker in the bottom stating the book was originally sold through The Organ Literature Foundation of Nashua N.H. Front end page also has small embossed initials in the bottom right corner which read A.T.O. - meaning this book was assigned to the Association of Theater Organists. No other owner markings found in book. Pages are tone due to age and some minor spotting and foxing is present, the end pages show quite a bit of foxing though. Title page states first edition and frontispiece is a color illustration by Walt Disney of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with Grumpy playing a large organ.

One of the fellows has the unfortunate task of crawling around on his hands and knees gathering fallen pins into a tray while his colleagues throw pins over his head. In the full drawing Brightman is wearing only an undershirt and boxers as he excitedly provides the voices of various Disney characters while a man in a radio booth directs him. The gist of the gag was that, in rehearsal for a radio spot, the director convinced Brightman to remove one item of clothing after the next, telling him that the sound quality was being distorted by his clothes. For the published version, we see only the part of the drawing with Brightman in his underwear, holding a script, as he speaks into the mike.
