Third Edition. 444 pp, b/w frontis and illustrations, the book is bound in full-embossed leather, owner name is written on the top of title page, the pages are tight, there is a 1 1/2" high damp stain on the bottom of the pages, it is visible on the first and last 10 to 12 pages and is light enough it does't interfer with the text, the indide hinges have been reinforced with library tape, the page edges are gilded, an outside crack in the front hinge has been nicely repaired, this is a good looking and solid book.
