Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good- Dust Jacket. 3 books in total. Two volume folio reproductions of Villalpando and de Prado's famous reconstruction of the Temple of Salomon, with the modern commentary volume, Dios Arquitecto. Published by Siruela in 1991. All volumes include dust jackets; though this set appears to have been issued with a box, there is no box or slipcase included with this offering. The Villalpando and de Prado volumes measure 43cm x 26.5 and features the full text in Spanish with fantastic facsimile reproductions of the originals' engravings, many of which fold-out. The commentary volume measures 27.5cm x 27.5cm and features commentary by several leading scholars of architectural history, edited by Universidad AutÃ_x0083_³noma de Madrid professor of Art History, Juan Antonio RamÃ_x0083_Ârez. Bindings are tight, sturdy, and square; wear to edges of boards is very minor, except for some bumping to the bottom corners of the Villalpando volume, and very gentle bumping to the top corners of the de Prado volume; illustrations and text very good throughout all volumes. Small closed tears at the top edge of the front panel of the de Prado volume and over the head of the Dios Arquitecto spine, else wear to edges of dust jackets is very minor. Due to the size/weight of this set extra charges will apply for expedited and/or international shipping.
