Many type of protozoan parasites heavily infects copeopods and other zooplankton in the study area as follow: Ellobiopsis chattoni, Ellobiopsis sp., Thalassomyces sp., Blastodinium sp., Zoothaminium sp., Dinoflagellates, peritrich ciliates.
