With 53 studio still photographs tipped in throughout, four pages of retakes and added scenes tipped in at the rear, as well as a number of manuscript annotations, primarily denoting the titles of various musical numbers. Based on the short story "Stork Don't Bring Babies" by S.K. Lauren, Grable and Dailey play a showbiz couple who discover, in successive order, that they cannot have children, that they can adopt children, and that they aren't really fit to raise children. But things get better, with the help of several musical numbers scored by Harold Arlen. Bound in green faux leather boards with gilt titles and rule, and marbled endpapers.
