This books was published in 1940 and surely offers a racism-filled glimpse into what was once viewed as normal. Not only does Dinah, their black live-in woman, speak in dialect , there is also a tribe of painfully-depicted Native Americans and an Italian bear trainer. Good condition, except minor foxing and the last page of book was torn out (missing). (212 pgs).
