Scarce military history / Custeriana volume, limited to 100 copies per Dowd and O'Keefe. Nine of those copies accounted for via OCLC, with no others in retail or auction records at time of writing. Jacket copy notes "A detailed account of the U.S. Cavalry of the West from 1865 to 1890 -- Covering the Cavalry battles with the Indians during that era, including General Custer's Last Stand, The Taking of Chief Joseph and The Pursuit of Geronimo.
