Cloth with gilt embossed depiction of the Jubilee Hall at Fisk University, Nashville to front cover. Backstrip and corners worn, hinges loose. Front endpapers loose but present, and some internal page spotting in margins not affecting text. Frontis. showing the ten singers in photograph, and 112 music examples of the Jubilee songs. Sticker of J. Manton Smith of Parkfield, Northampton to detached front endpaper as well as hand written note stating "Presented to J.
