This delightful collection of magazines provides an insight into the way of life in the US early in the latter part of the 19th Century. --- Monthly issues of the magazine bound into this hefty volume, without their original covers/wraps. In dark brown half leather, with black cloth. The name "H. F. Lunt" stamped on cover, and spine titling, both in gilt. --- A rather worn copy, with tears to leather and partially-detached backstrip. The binding generally remains intact, though numerous leaves are loose.
