One inch closed tears at the top and bottom of the spine next to the front cover which is pulling away from the text block a little. Otherwise only slight surface and edge wear to covers. Pages a little browned with page 45 onwards more heavily browned due to different paper stock being used for this section. Brown stain at the bottom of the first page also affecting the pages through to page 7. Dent in the top edge affecting the pages through to page 16. Light rust marks around the staples but otherwise clean and unmarked.
