Erstausgabe
Hardcover. Zustand: Near Fine. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition (NAP). Here is an extremely well bound, straight and solid Hardcover with very minimal wear ( a few very light scratches on the cover). Take a look at the photographs. See how clean the covers look. How perfect the spine ends are (same goes for the corners). How bright the gilt lettering is. Inside the book, the pages are exceptionally clean (I saw 1 tiny spot on one page), including the many pages of photographs/illustrations. And the pages are quite bright. And there is also no soiling on the page edges. There are no creases on any of the pages. There's no writing/underlining on any of the pages. The only marking is a small stamp of the previous owner (Rabbi, scholar and psychoanalyst Alan W. Miller) at the top corner of the front free end paper. And then the dust jacket speaketh and says what about me? The dust jacket can hold its head high. It has lived a good life. No tearing, no chipping, only a minor spot or two of soiling (it is mortal). It is Not clipped. And it certainly deserves, and will be, fitted with a protective cover.
