Erstausgabe
Paperback. Zustand: Good. 1st Edition in This Form. 4 page sheet. Original Theatre Programme for The Merchant of Venice Performed at the Royal Lyceum Theatre March 1898 (lists 3 performances, so was for either 4th, 5th or 6th of March performance). Generally fair/good condition for a Victorian programme, i.e., no inscriptions, has been folded in quarter and minimal staining (see scans). Notable for collectors as performance programme lists both Henry Irving as Shylock & Ellen Terry as Portia. Lists Henry Irving as sole lessee and manager of the Royal Lyceum but interestingly though he became the first actor ever awarded a knighthood, the programme does not list him anywhere as Sir Henry Irving. Though is does state "This Theatre is lighted by Electricity, supplied by the Electricity Supply Corporation, Ltd" as at this time Electric lighting was not common, Gas and oil lighting were common. Size: 17 x 21.5cm. Approx.

Erstausgabe
Soft cover. Zustand: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Rare. Best known for his hugely popular Behold a Pale Horse, Cooper was an infamous and legendary figure in late 20th century American conspiracy culture. This document is an original 1990s copy of his early ufological essay, a study of the so-called MJ12 papers. It covers much of the terrain later incorporated into BAPH, but through a more UFO-centric lens. It is quite scarce both in the trade and institutionally, OCLC locates only one copy. 8.5 by 11. Corner stapled, title and copyright information as cover page. Unpaginated, 27 pp, printed rectos only. Near Fine with some light age to pages and very mild evidence of having been read/thumbed through.

First edition. First edition, copy #219 in the hand-numbered limited issue. Signed by William Cooper on the paste down with a short inscription, also signed on p. 4 with a red stamp as was typical for this edition. Rear paste down hand numbered as well. [x], 500, [2] pp with fold-out chart at rear. Bound in publisher's dark navy cloth with gilt spine lettering. Very Good with a few very light stains to edges, textblock slightly fallen due to weight, slightly musty smell, in a Near Fine dust jacket with wear along head, a little rubbing. Uncommon. A controversial, self-published conspiracy/UFOlogy book that gained an enormous cult following over the years not only in the UFO, QAnon and militia subcultures but also in hip hop. Prodigy of Mobb Deep and both Killah Priest and Ol' Dirty Bastard of the Wu-Tang Clan were fans. In what should be an official blurb for the book, when talking to Cooper's biographer Mark Jacobson ODB said in 2004, "Everybody gets f---ed, William Cooper tells you who's f---ing you. when you're someone like me, that's valuable information." This first edition contains a chapter, "Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion," that would be cut from later editions. After tax evasion charges, vowing to never be taken alive by authorities, Cooper was killed in a 2001 shootout with sheriff's deputies in Eagar, Arizona.
