These were done under contract to the U. S. Air Force and the U. S. Atomic Energy Commission. Illustrated with diagrams, drawings and tipped in photographs. Alexander Weir, Jr. worked on the Manhattan Project during WWII and engineered America's first ICBM (the Atlas Missle.) The book is in good condition with slight shelfwear/bumping to edges. Enough loading information was obtained on the nonresponding structures at the 70-psi region to permit the computation of pressure coefficients as a function of time on these structures.
