The book has demonstrated that factors such as age, gender and attitude had statistically significant influence on the adoption and utilization of mobile technologies among students. Further, teaching staff had had sufficient technical proficiency in use the devices, but require proficiency in utilizing them as devices for instructions. The author proposes that Kenya builds a prototype for a mobile-based learning management system for its universities, while addressing the gaps of pedagogical proficiency among the university academic staff. 232 pp. Englisch.
