Paperback. Zustand: Very Good Minus. Textblock has foxing on all edges. Covers are a little toned along the edges and clearly well used as they have a slight lift away from the textblock. No internal marks found and the binding is very sound.

Some light bumping to corners of boards. Gold lettering is crisp and vibrant, and there is some subtle blind stamping on the front cover as well. Binding is strong and square. Pages are free of marks, tears, or folds. Overall, a good, clean copy. Signed by both authors on front free endpaper. Features large scale black and white photographs and diagrams of architecture in Georgia. This is an oversized (and overweight) book.
