DJ shows scuffing and toning along with edge where/small tears/bumps. The pictorial boards underneath are clean though there is some edge wear, particularly along the bottom. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight like the book was never read. There is a small address label in the upper corner of the half title page. This is the only markings in the book - no handwriting, no library markings, nothing torn or loose. Pages are toned and darkened due to the poor quality of paper used but the pages are clean. Copyright page shows only the 1936 date but the movie was not made until 1939.
