Hardcover. Zustand: Acceptable. No Jacket. Howes G454. This is the original 1856 printing, NOT a modern reissue. The original brown cloth binding is worn at the extremities and at the spine ends. For the most part the pages are tight and clean, but pages 147 to 174 are beginning to loosen at the gutter. All four plates are present. Foxing throughout. Names in pencil on the front flyleaf. No odor.
