The chilli thrips population increased and gradually reached peak level of 5.6% infestation at 42nd standard week (October second week). 2 sprays revealed that all the treatments were significantly reducing the chilli thrips population. Among the pesticides evaluated, Spinosad (T4) and Dimethoate (T2) were superior in the management of chilli thrips.
