Comprising two volumes, one being the reproduction in facsimile of the original 1764 edition in full cloth, the other a large paper copy in the original publisher's wraps including critical annotations. Illustrated with eleven full page colour plates comprising twenty-nine illustrations and a plan of the Cuba island indicating the parts where to plant tobacco by Galvez. Collated, complete. Two volumes in the original publisher's full cloth binding with decorative marginal gilt and marbled endpapers, and in the original publisher's uniform paper wraps. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear, minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities to the cloth copy, minor damp marking to the front board. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean.
