First edition, number 427 of only 500 copies of this complete collection of seven prints commemorating milestones in aviation, each signed by the pilot. Very rare thus. All prints fresh and attractive, each in a colored metal frame. A stunning set. Each print approximately 16 x 13.5 inches visible (each print is matted, framed, and glazed in frames of various colors). Each print bears the Currier Press embossed stamp. Prints are bright and fine (very minor marginal creasing and a small closed marginal tear to the Wright print, not affecting image). Previously sold by Baumann Books and coming with their descriptive sheet. Also included is the plain brown portfolio that originally housed the prints. Please note that this set is very heavy in the metal frames.
