It is a book on the "Recollections of Laban S. Records" that were compiled and edited by Ellen Jayne Wheeler, who has signed the book with a "Howdy from Oklahoma!" on the title page. Apparently the book was also a gift from one person to another as there's a "To Karin" notation/message on the page right before the title page. Signed by Author(s).
