Of particular note is the inclusion of three full-body (front, side, rear) photographs of the book's owner, midshipman C.R. Ross (class of 1931), affixed inside the front cover, on front free end paper and on frontis page, along with a typed form measuring his body traits (see accompanying photos). This was apparently standard procedure for all first-year cadets. Good condition, a tight and generally unworn copy but with some soil to the front cover and some mild moisture stains at top right corner and along right edge on various pages. A number of pages have been dog-eared.
