Dark grey cloth binding with black printed lettering in panel to fr., no spine lettering, extremities bumped/rubbed to varying degrees but only bottom fr. corners a little worse than 'slight', otherwise clean and unworn. 99 pp. inc. entire text-block, dedication page with errata slip tipped in centre verso, faint page-edge tanning par for course for age, quite faint early oval purple stamps of Royal Statistical Society to top corners fr. end-paper, dedication page and t.p., heavier tanning to edges of paste-downs and end-papers. While clearly written in the context of Glasgow shipbuilding industry there is little explicit reference to this in text. Apparently very scarce. 15.5 cm x 24.5 cm.
