Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the green cloth boards. Interior is clean and unmarked save for former owner's name neatly inked on front free end paper. Binding solid and tight. Dust jacket is fair to good. Some general edge wear. Portion of loss to the top of the spine and the very top left of the front. Now wrapped in protective plastic jacket cover.

With the text in French, this is a critical edition of of his works. It has been edited with an introduction and notes by Marcel A. Ruff. The book is bound in the original white card covers with red titling on the spine and red and black titling on the front cover. There is a list of other books by the publisher on rear cover. The book is in very good condition with light shelf wear on the covers and fading to the spine. There is some rubbiong along the bottom edge of the covers. The contents are tight and clean and the book appears to be unread as many of the pages remain unseparated along the top edge. There is a gift inscription on the front free endpaper.

The very top, thin, transparent layer of the cover has separated up away from the rest of the cover in some small patches, leaving a slightly "bubbled" appearance there.
