Machtmißbrauch, kommen. Wichtig ist es, derartige Gefahren rechtzeitig zu erkennen und Hilfsmöglichkeiten (die aufgezeigt werden) anzunehmen. / Summary Ethical principles in psychoanalysis. - Ethical principles as normative standards for action have their grounding in values that materialize in professional psychoanalytic ethics and constantly need to be reflected upon. The authors, both members of the Independent Analysts Committee of the German Psychoanalytic Association, take the four-principle model of Beauchamp and Childress (1989) as a basis for their discussion of the principles of respect for autonomy, concern and assistance, damage avoidance, and good match. If these basic principles are not adequately observed in psychoanalysis, the upshot may be not only sexual interference but also other boundary violations, such as the abuse of power. It is important to recognize such hazards in time and to accept the assistance available (indicated in the article). / Résumé Principes éthiques dans la psychanalyse. - Les principes éthiques en tant que normations de laction se fondent sur les valeurs qui se concrétisent aussi dans la déontologie psychanalytique et sur lesquelles il faut donc toujours réfléchir à nouveau. Les auteurs, qui participent au comité des analystes-conseils de la DPG, discutent à laide du modèle des quatre principes de Beauchamp et de Childress (1989) le principe du respect de lautonomie, de la bienfaisance, de la non-malfaisance et de la justice. Le fait de ne pas respecter suffisamment de tels principes fondamentaux dans les cures analytiques peut non seulement aboutir à des abus sexuels mais aussi à dautres violations des frontières, comme par exemple labus de pouvoir. Cest pourquoi il est important de repérer à temps de tels risques et daccepter les aides possibles (qui sont indiquées dans larticle).
