This is No. 889 of Everyman's Library and as such, provides a guide to the previously published 888 titles, well surpassed by 1975 with 994 titles published in 1239 volumes. The intent of the Everyman's Library was to publish a collection that would be affordable for and appeal to every reader. Aside from the cover being lightly sunned, a clean, bright, solid copy.
