Hardcover in original gilt-blocked cloth, featuring vivid gilding on the regimental emblem on the front and spine. This volume is in very good condition: the binding is tight, the gilt remains clear and bright, edges show minimal bumping and internally very clean with no markings. A distinguished piece of regimental military history, comprehensive in scope and beautifully presented. Ideal for collectors and historians specializing in British military history and regimental studies.

He was commissioned into the Worcester Regiment in 1882 and in retirement became their Colonel.
