Stibal was the editor of Talkin' Bob Zimmerman Blues (1974-1976), which became Zimmerman Blues magazine (1977-1978), which became Changin'. "As Bob Dylan appreciators from at least two continents descend upon Manchester this weekend, the question foremost in the minds of casual observers will be: Why conducts (sic) a convention dealing with Bob Dylan?
