Original cream, colour & gilt-stamped cloth very worn with loss to the gilt and colour of the front board, page top edges are gilt, others untrimmed, spine worn, rubbed and slightly faded, wear to extremities, new and replaced end papers, internally good. One of 200 De Luxe numbered limited edition copies numbered 26. xii, 267pp. Approximately 11 inches tall. Condition Report Externally Spine good condition gilt titles, faded, bruised and small closed tears to the top and tail, colour and gilt decoration. Joints good condition rubbed and worn. Corners good condition bumped and worn. Boards poor condition full cloth decorated in gilt and colour, very faded with loss to the colour and gilt, the paper is now like blotting paper, marks and darkened. Page edges good condition top edge gilt slightly darkened, some pages standing proud, rest uncut, tanned and foxed. See above and photos. Internally Hinges very good condition sound. Paste downs good condition new. End papers good condition new. Title good condition lightly tanned.
