The book is in Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some light edge wear, bumping and nicking. The bottom front corner of the book cover has started to separate from the lining. There is one small nick / tear to the top front spine joint. The text pages are mostly clean and bright, but does have some light toning to the edges. The envelope at the rear of the book includes four maps and a key- all in clean, bright condition. "Air navigation is accomplished by various methods. The method or system that a pilot uses for navigating through today's airspace system will depend on the type of flight that will occur (VFR or IFR) , which navigation systems are installed on the aircraft, and which navigation systems are available in a certain area.".
