Soft cover. Zustand: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. A fairly good booklet, bound in a stapled illustrated card cover. Cover and spine show wear, scuffs and soiling, but binding is intact and good. Pages are used and soiled in places with a small section missing on pp5 which has adhered to pp6 in the same spot but generally good. Overall an interesting and scarce copy.
