This is a very hard-to-find ORIGINAL 1994 edition with the dark green dust jacket (NOT the 2011 reprint). When we obtained this copy it was still enclosed in shrink-wrap, we opened it only to confirm the edition. It is a BRAND NEW BOOK with no defects (any appearance of imperfections in the photo are reflections on the shrink wrap).
