This book presents the proceedings from the organizational meeting of the North Roanoke Baptist Association, held in Enfield, North Carolina from May 3-4, 1955, following the division of the Roanoke Baptist Association into northern and southern entities. The initial meeting was dedicated to the creation of a constitution and set of by-laws for the association, as well as the establishment of an annual budget and the formation of various committees to direct specific initiatives. The volume serves as a record of the establishment of the North Roanoke Baptist Association and provides insight into the organizational structure and administrative framework of Baptist associations during this period in history.
