Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. A very nice, both author signed copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box! Unfortunately, Gerald Winkler Getty died of congestive heart failture on February 29, 2004 at age 92 in Ponpano Beach, Florida. Signed By Both Authors.
