First published in Italy, titled 'Astronavi Sulla Preistoria', this is the second printing of the American paperback edition. Asks the question - Is it possible that the human race has origins outside of Earth? Includes more than 300 illustrati…ons and photos. 378 pages, 5-1/2" X 8". Erased pencil mark of a former price on the top corner of the front endpaper, but no further writing besides that. Creases to the spine, edge wear, spots of rubbing wear, spots of age tanning/foxing to the edges of the text block. Stain on the top right edge of pages 315 through 378, a discoloration at the edge of the text pages. Black ink swipe to the bottom edge of the text block - most likely a remainder mark. Small price sticker on the bottom left of the back cover. Not a library discard, binding is tight with creases at the spine. Attached are some photos of the copy we have in our inventory.
