Cond: Chocolate brown boards with gold spine lettering. D.J. is rust coloured with an inset photo of the Pelly Expedition in the land of the midnight sun. Former is BRIGHT, tight and clean. Latter is rubbed and lightly creased or crinkled at all edges - NONE major. 3 sm. tears (1/2") near points. Spine top and tail v. lightly frayed. No names, nor marks. Internals are immaculate no flaws, even on white end-papers. UNsoiled. Quote (p. 109) : " A healthy Governor once again turned his attention to the pressures of the HBC.
