Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - To all that keep on turning back it happens just don't staythere's healing in the rainbow and Jesus is the way?'In her first book entitled: Lost in the Storm?Found in the RainbowAuthor Paula H. Mathis shares a truth filled journey, using transparency, truth and the sweetness of poetry to explain life's bondages and where freedom is found. With deliberate accuracy, this small but powerful book chronicles what happens when in life we ignore the voice of 'right' that whispers to us, a warning signal when we shouldn't do something. She then offers biblical foundation of why this happens and how we can be redeemed using a 'GET OUT OF JAIL FREE' card that never expires! The author presents a unique format, divinely inspired and carved directly out of the Old Testament book of Psalms, where David using lyrical expression and plain talk, shares the truth of life's darkness and the desire of a man that wants to turn on the switch of Life's Light! That illuminating power to freedom and abundance when we 'Discover Jesus, Submit to Jesus, Receive from Jesus and Walk with Jesus'!The very first page in this book opens the door to the author and introduces the substance of this book which can be described as short and sweet, truth and Light! Mrs. Mathis describes herself as always having the gift of communication, both written and in speech. However she admits that not until recently did she understand that communication is a gift from God to be used wisely and to edify. One of the two tags she uses often is, 'I used to write wrong but now I write, right!'Paula continues to recognize that through God's timely intervention and a good cleaning up of her words, her actions and her heart, that she has been primed and prepared to step into her position as a 21st century 'Poet for the Lord'. It is through poetry she is able to share the things of God in a very simplistic form with a little touch of sweetness. She has been blessed in this first book to be truthful in her own encounters with darkness and what happens when you let the light of Jesus in.'Lost in the Storm?Found in the Rainbow', albeit small is a power filled book, divinely inspired during her morning conversations with God - in her bathroom! Yes, her bathroom is that place where she finds quiet and solitude; her 'prayer closet' where she talks with God and He talks with her. It is this place where the Holy Spirit presented her with the assignment to speak to others using poetry and plain talk. It is there she learned that God is not complexed and complicated and neither was Jesus!Through poetry and prose, this book tells a story that many can find themselves as characters. This book also has the answer to where peace, forgiveness and renewal can be found. One reader said, 'The words ring true in my spirit. I found myself not wanting to stop reading. It causes you to be retrospective as well as introspective where you have been and where you are going!'Paula H. Mathis, wife to Larry Mathis and mother to Eboni, Kareem, Shannon and Lawrence is now also an obedient servant of God. With a humble heart, she prays that this first book will inspire those who are tired, believing there is more to this life and will reach for the hand of Christ, the Savior of all who are 'Lost in the Storm&.…
