The author provides a chronological compilation of factual accounts of Freemasonry in America prior to 1750, with references to the original evidence. Contrasting with similar works, this book does not rely upon tradition, and instead presents previously unpublished evidence which challenges many widely accepted historical accounts of Masonryâs early years in America. The book also corrects numerous errors which have appeared in Masonic literature throughout the years. This meticulously researched book will be a valuable resource for Masonic scholars and historians. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…
