One day I would feel happy and was able to cope and the next my life would be in turmoil. Both my parents worked and were unable to babysit. I lost job after job due to babysitting issues. There was a time when I fed myself and my toddlers' raw pumpkin and herbs for two months because I had zero dollars, the electricity had been turned off and that was all I had in the garden. In those days, my pride was my poison. However, this book is not about my journey and my endless burdens it is about- my savior. Without laughter, verses, meditations, affirmation, candles to light at church and self-talk I would be in a nut house. Let today be your first day to a new way of a more peaceful, successful, enjoyable life. We all journey through different states of mind.
