SOME COMMENTS FROM TEST READERS\*\*\*Filotto's first foray into horror is fantastic. I have readseveral of his other books, and this may be my favourite. Unlike his sprawling space opera The Overlords of Mars trilogy, which has some very intricate plot lines andtechnology, this one is pure entertainment.Scary, hilarious, and above all a really fun read.I hope they make it into a film, it would be awesome.\*\*\*I've never laughed so much and simultaneoulsy been soterrified of ever being outside my home at night again.\*\*\*So good! I can't believe I'm going to say this, but this mightbe the best thing you've ever written!\*\*\*Addictive. The characters and plot are both entertaining yet believable. There is very interesting mixture of gritty realism, humor, and stark horror here. I have never before encountered such a perfectly tuned blend of these elements.\*\*\*Some of the dialogue and situations presented are laugh out loud funny, and others scenes would make this an instant classic as a film due to the humanity of the characters in it. Any GenXer who used pen and paper RPGs, will also find some delightful and cleverly used references. I suspect Mr. Filotto had a lot of fun writing this. I can't wait for the sequels.…
