Moreover, on the basis of the direct response of the beneficiaries, it is noted that in both EMS and MNLP schemes, they are 100 % satisfied with the schemes. Still, more improvement in the implementation of the scheme is needed. Beneficiaries should also take keen interest in the construction and maintenance of their house. 376 pp. Englisch.
