Catalase activity, Alkaline Phosphatase, MDA and Uric acid were significantly (p 0.001) altered or comes close to the control group in test drug treated group. Paw volume, Knee diameter and body weight were altered in test drug treated group as compare to reference standard A and B. So we concluded that VPR-011 show significant anti-arthritic activity and better efficacy than other reference standard drugs (MOOV) and (RUMALAYA).…
