The spatial resolution is 2.5 m and thus amenable for 1:10,000 scale mapping. The collateral Data used was collected from panchayat asset registers and district census handbook. The location of various natural and manmade resources was collected with the help of maps and Global Positioning System. The mapping & creation of geo-database was done using Arc GIS software. The geo-visualization of geo-database has been done by developing desktop applications. The desktop applications were developed by cutomization of Map Window open source GIS Software. 64 pp. Englisch.
