This survey intended to measure and publish inpatient experience of medical and surgical wards as an eye opening for care providers in the system. Mean scores for patient experience for domains; Physical environment of wards, care and treatment and leaving hospital were high or moderately high. But domains; care of doctors and nurses received a mean experience score of less than 2.6. This survey will open up new research areas to researchers across the world. 104 pp. Englisch.
