The main concern of this study is to investigate the influence of principal instructional leadership roles on teachers' creative pedagogy in primary schools of Kuala Pilah. The first chapter briefly defined the meaning of principal instructional leadership roles and teachers' creative pedagogy. Moreover, problem statement had to be stated clearly in order to define the challenges faced in principal instructional leadership roles as well as in teachers' creative pedagogy. Conceptual framework of this study comprised of the combination of Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS) by Hallinger and Creative Pedagogy Framework by Lin. 192 pp. Englisch.
