The study population comprised two thousand four hundred and eight (2408) academic staff. A total sample of three hundred and sixty (360) academic staff from two Universities was randomly selected for the study. Selection was done through simple random sampling technique. The instrument used for the data collection was questionnaire titled: Academic staff demographic variables and quality service delivery questionnaire (ASDVQSDQ). Data collected were subjected to statistical analysis using the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and independent t-test analysis at 0.05 level of significance. 104 pp. Englisch.
