A descriptive surveyed based approach is employed for data collection. The data is collected using self-administered questionnaire. The gathered data is analyzed through the various statistical features of SPSS. The results of the study shows that there is comparable knowledge and awareness between private and public sector bankers. However, they still need knowledge of ergonomics and their body posture while working at the workstation to prevent WRMSD. 84 pp. Englisch.
