Initially, a reconnaissance of the organization was carried out, through observation and consultation of the characteristics of its operation, from this analysis the perspective and attitude of the organization regarding the environmental issue was determined. Then, a pilot psychometric test was applied, with the purpose of identifying anomalies or possible flaws in the formulation of the test. Subsequently, the test was validated through an expert judgment by four specialists from different areas; psychology, business, environmental and ethical. 132 pp. Englisch.
