The study was carried out through a documentary analysis, interviews with stakeholders and field visits. The main results obtained revealed the existence of the following irregularities: - Criteria 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the aforementioned grid are not compliant. All their verifiers were not validated during the assessment of the legal compliance of FMU 09019 within the General Directorate of the CUF;- of the fifty-three (53) applicable verifiers assessed, eleven (11) are non-compliant, as they were not verified in the physical form of legal documents required by the FLEGT legality verification process 80 pp. Englisch.
